Very Clever

This is a very clever idea, however, the execution of the idea could be improved upon greatly. For one thing none of the samples go together at all. It just sounds gross in any combination. Secondly it looks pretty boring with minimal colors and a white background. Lastly there is no interaction so this could hardly be called a game.

Overall though, I'm pretty curious to see which direction you choose to take this idea and if it spawns any other similar ones.

Very Good Game

I've enjoyed this series thus far and have great anticipation to start on episode three. The visuals, sound effects, voice acting, music, and gameplay were all extremely well done and well thought out. Overall I enjoyed this game very much. The only drawback is that it was too short! I wanted it to last hours rather than minutes!

Also, was the, "He should have taken the stairs." a quote from the movie Revolver? If so I like this author all the more.

Seems to Have Good Potential

The visuals were decent and the music was nice, but my only complaint is that the controls were really clunky and delayed.

DrewLols responds:

Yeah, I'll agree with you that the jumping is a little delayed. Since it's delayed, it leaves time for the jumping animation. Maybe it's a little too much time though.

It's interesting

It's a misconception by many people that a person's IQ measures how smart they are, but this is not true, it basically really measures a person's ability to learn. In fact, no person has any set, or single for that matter, IQ

Commonly found online IQ tests are NOT accurate, including this one, and will never match ones taken taken in person with a psychologist such as the standard adult WAIS III or IV IQ tests. There's just so much more to it then answering a handful of questions.

But with all that said I found this flash to be interesting and amusing. Right now I'm spending time answering the questions in different ways to see how it affects the score. I give this flash a 3\5 and 7\10

DemiseAnimation responds:

Thank you for the review

It's ok

It's an ok arcade game. The only things that are there to complain about are that the story at the beginning was oddly written and you fail every wave no matter what. Other than these two things the game was pretty amusing.

Very Frustrating

The game would be well made and fun if it were not for the horrible hit detection on the sides of objects. For instance a lot of the time when you try to jump onto an adjacent platform half of your body will fall right through it if you don't land on it perfectly. Another example is if you jump up onto a platform above you and the platform is just high enough for you to make it onto it you will be standing on it but half of your body will actually be inside of it.

The music is also incredibly annoying, it was giving me a headache within the first three minutes of having to listen to it, I had to turn my volume down just to tolerate the game at all.

Very Well Made Game

The visuals were very simplistic but they're balanced out enough to be interesting and even enjoyable. The sound matched the theme perfectly and isn't really all that important. But the music was very well done and pretty enjoyable. There's nothing worse than an 8-Bit themed game with horrible screechy music, so great job with that.

There are a few things that I think could be ironed out, but there aren't that many and they aren't that big of a deal. Firstly the jump could be fixed so that a tap of the up arrow would execute a small jump while holding down the key would execute the max jump. Basically the harder you push the button the higher you jump, whatever. Next, would be to add difficulty settings in which the only difference would be to remove some of the check points and then bring back enemies that you had previously killed after you are killed for the harder setting. I don't think the score medal is working because I got a higher score than required several times but still have not unlocked it. You should remove the ability to continue after the boss has died because what I noticed is when you refresh the browser during the credits you can "continue" your game and fight the boss again. This lets you easily obtain the Peace Keeper medal without having to play through any of the levels, and makes it fairly easier to obtain the Invincible medal without having to actually play the game. I was not satisfied with this method so I took the time to actually accomplish the real requirements, so I didn't have to just get by with accidentally cheating. I think that's all I've got, so any who, great job I enjoyed this game.

Pretty Fun Game

It's like Plinko with a hint of awesome.

Good Game

A very fun and interesting game, both visually and audibly. The gameplay was pretty fun and challenging. The pace at which the game progressed kept me interested in completing the game. There was an abundant amount of items to be collected which kept me happy and satisfied throughout the game.

The gameplay was a bit repetitive as magic was entirely useless except for being able to heal once maybe twice in an emergency. I did not like having to constantly switch back and forth between the "greater fire and greater earth" amulets to avoid being hit excessively hard by creatures such as the golem and the baby dragon; make some sort of "ultimate" amulet so I don't have to keep switching towards the end of the game. The in game medal for eye of the earth does not unlock after you collect it. I'm not sure how the shadow hunter medal is achieved but either it does not work or I've missed something in the game.

After completing the game you get a sword from the final boss, but then you're left standing there with nothing left to do. I used the wings to escape, but what's the point in getting a new sword if there's nothing to do after the final boss?

Overall though the game was pretty well made and was fun to play. Best of all though it held my interest all the way until the completion of the game.

A Well Rounded Game

The game has a nice visual style and the graphics are are good. The sound is good, but there could of been maybe a couple more tracks. The difficulty level was perfectly balanced, not too hard and not too easy.

I took heed of the warning people were giving about the lag so I opened the game in window mode and had no problems with lag what so ever with the only exception being with using the final weapon with the multi-rockets.

Overall this was a pretty good game and I enjoyed playing it.
